Monitor daily output reports and address performance issues
Identify and develop new bots to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Communicate bot status updates to stakeholders and maintain workflow documentation

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate
Medical claims billing experience required
1+ years of RCM training and workflow experience required
Experience with athenaOne is required
Experience developing and/or managing RPA preferred
