Monitor daily output reports and triage performance issues
Identify opportunities for new bot automations and manage inbound bot requests
Develop an understanding of RCM workflows and continuously improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate
Medical claims billing experience required
1+ years of RCM training and workflow experience required
Experience with athenaOne is required
Experience developing and/or managing RPA preferred
