Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily output reports and triage performance issues
- Identify opportunities for new bot automations and manage inbound bot requests
- Develop an understanding of RCM workflows and continuously improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Medical claims billing experience required
- 1+ years of RCM training and workflow experience required
- Experience with athenaOne is required
- Experience developing and/or managing RPA preferred
