RCS Operational Excellence Consultant

Job Summary

To support RCS clients in achieving operational excellence, the full-time RCS Operational Excellence Consultant will partner with leadership teams to diagnose issues, design operating models, and translate strategies into measurable outcomes, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery and solution design by assessing client needs and shaping solution scope
• Embed with new clients during activation to map workflows and manage change effectively
• Develop and operationalize advisory service offerings for clients not ready for full outsourcing

Required qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle management and consulting
• Strong background in operational assessments and performance audits
• Proven ability to engage with executive-level clients and influence decision-making
• Experience in building and leading teams within a consulting environment
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and best practices
