Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process incoming and outgoing telephone calls, including emergency situations
- Make critical decisions regarding calls that affect patient and caller well-being
- Maintain the organization's knowledge database and troubleshoot computer and telephone issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a high-volume call center or healthcare environment
- Ability to work evening shifts and rotating weekends
- Technical skills to diagnose and fix computer and telephone issues
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
