Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCS Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process incoming and outgoing telephone calls, including emergency situations
  • Make critical decisions regarding calls that affect patient and caller well-being
  • Maintain the organization's knowledge database and troubleshoot computer and telephone issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a high-volume call center or healthcare environment
  • Ability to work evening shifts and rotating weekends
  • Technical skills to diagnose and fix computer and telephone issues
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
