Job Summary

Joining the R&D Advisory Group remotely, the full-time R&D Associate Consultant will engage with life science organizations to enhance R&D operations across various domains, including research, clinical, regulatory, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and operational processes
• Define and execute management consulting projects that deliver value to clients
• Develop proposals and engagement strategies while overseeing project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business
• Consulting management experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors
• Experience in R&D operational roles within industry or consulting
• Engagement management experience
• Strong skills in presentation and business development
