R&D Data Products Lead

Job Summary

To drive the delivery of enterprise-grade clinical and quality data products, the full-time contract R&D Data Products Lead will manage product lifecycles, oversee agile operations, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical R&D processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle data product delivery, including requirements gathering, ETL/ELT pipeline development, and production deployment
• Manage agile delivery operations, including backlog management, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Oversee governance activities, ensuring operational transparency and compliance with GxP documentation

Required qualifications

• Experience in clinical or life sciences or the pharmaceutical domain
• Proficiency in Snowflake and Ataccama for master data management and data quality
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes, including clinical trial lifecycle and CDISC/SDTM/ADaM standards
• Hands-on experience in data modernization and ETL processes
• Ability to manage and deliver on ad hoc data product requests
