R&D Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the development and qualification of new in-vitro test systems, the contract R&D Engineer II will design and develop testing systems, improve test capacity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system validation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop a new in-vitro test system to replace a legacy setup
- Gather requirements with Test, Product Development, EHS, Quality, and Facilities teams
- Develop and execute validation activities, including IQ, EQV, and TMV
Required qualifications
- Experience with CAD drawings and SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Experience developing in-vitro test methods and test systems
- Knowledge of Gage R&R and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
- Experience with test method validation and system qualification
- Strong project planning and cross-functional collaboration skills
