R&D Engineer 4, Signal Integrity

Job Summary

Collaborating with global teams, the full-time R&D Engineer 4, Signal Integrity will design and validate high-speed serial interfaces, optimize PCB designs, and support the development of next-generation materials and methodologies, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Modeling and optimizing high-frequency RF and high-speed digital I/O interconnects
• Collaborating with system, hardware, and test teams to define hardware requirements and performance for signal integrity
• Investigating and supporting new materials and processes in PCB fabrication to meet stringent signal integrity needs

Required qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in hardware/circuit design, RF/microwave design, or high-frequency modeling/optimization
• Proficient in ANSYS HFSS, 3D-Layout, and Polar Instruments
• Familiarity with Allegro and PCB design methodologies
• Proven experience with semiconductor, packaging, and printed circuit board technologies
