R&D Engineer II

Job Summary

Supporting the stents portfolio within the R&D RPM team, the full-time remote R&D Engineer II will execute product and process development activities, technical documentation, and validation efforts while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Execute technical strategies and support test method development and validation activities for the stents portfolio
• Perform hands-on laboratory work to evaluate products and develop a deep understanding of stent therapies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project timelines

Required qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with no prior experience
• Working knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and document control processes
• Experience with validation activities, technical documentation, and regulated quality systems
• Hands-on laboratory or manufacturing support experience
• Familiarity with stent technologies and test methods
