R&D Engineer in Human Factors

Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Engineer_Human Factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply human factors and ergonomics expertise to product definition, design, and evaluation
• Conduct usability testing and analysis throughout the product development process
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advocate for user needs and refine product designs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant human factors/usability engineering experience; 10 years preferred
• M.S. degree in Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, or Biomedical Engineering with human factors coursework
• Experience in medical device development
• Proven ability to guide program teams on Human Factors strategy and deliverables
• Experience working with regulatory affairs for product submissions
