R&D Engineering Scientist

Job Summary

Recognized as a technical leader in high-speed memory interface design, the full-time remote R&D Engineering Scientist will lead architecture and pathfinding for next-generation Memory PHY solutions while driving the development of advanced circuit solutions and translating customer requirements into scalable product definitions.

Key responsibilities

• Leading architecture and pathfinding activities for next-generation Memory PHY solutions (DDR, HBM, LPDDR, D2D, SerDes)
• Driving development of advanced circuit solutions for high-speed interfaces, including I/O design and signal/power integrity optimization
• Guiding and influencing global engineering teams to deliver best-in-class IP solutions

Required qualifications

• 15-20+ years of experience in high-speed interface or memory PHY design
• Proven experience with DDR, LPDDR, HBM, and/or die-to-die/SerDes technologies
• Strong background in PHY architecture, high-speed I/O design, and advanced circuit design
• Demonstrated ability to influence large, cross-functional teams without formal authority
• PhD or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
