Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Expert Center Manager - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the R&D Expert Center and staff, ensuring alignment with innovation and sustainability objectives
• Oversee the execution of R&D projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with external partners

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or comparable industry experience (Plastics Engineering / Packaging preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading successful R&D projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of advanced technology and sustainability principles
• Preferred experience in the healthcare packaging field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
