R&D Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, R&D Characterization Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support
• Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting during application development
• Develop, design, implement, and evaluate software and systems in conjunction with hardware needs

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in a relevant engineering and/or science discipline
• 5+ years of engineering experience in the semiconductor industry
• Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a technical team
• Experience in library characterization and SPICE simulation
• Strong coding skills and knowledge of agile methodologies and software development tools
