R&D Principal Architect, EDA

Job Summary

To shape the future of 3DIC and package substrate tooling, the full-time R&D Principal Architect, EDA will lead the development of scalable solutions in package substrate products, collaborating with foundry and OSAT partners while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop production substrate design methodologies integrating signal and power integrity requirements
• Drive architectural solutions across data models, implementation engines, and manufacturing readiness
• Provide leadership and direction for R&D teams, influencing product strategy in collaboration with senior stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in physical design and automation challenges related to package substrate products
• Proven track record in delivering scalable solutions and methodologies in EDA
• Strong understanding of 3DIC design and tooling
• Ability to build relationships with foundry and OSAT partners
• Demonstrated leadership in R&D environments, capable of driving projects from ambiguity to clarity
