Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Process Improvement Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with BPOs and SMEs to create or revise process documents
  • Promote continuous process improvement and support integration of process documents
  • Serve as a training coordinator and support audit readiness activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a scientific, clinical, or process improvement role
  • Strong understanding of processes within a Biopharmaceutical R&D organization
  • Demonstrated success in authoring process documents or functioning as a business process owner
  • Experience with GxP and EDMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio
