Job Summary
A company is looking for an R&D Process Improvement Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BPOs and SMEs to create or revise process documents
- Promote continuous process improvement and support integration of process documents
- Serve as a training coordinator and support audit readiness activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a scientific, clinical, or process improvement role
- Strong understanding of processes within a Biopharmaceutical R&D organization
- Demonstrated success in authoring process documents or functioning as a business process owner
- Experience with GxP and EDMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio
