R&D Product Developer

Job Summary

Supporting technical projects in the North America Zone Taste Elevation business, the contract R&D Product Developer will conduct bench top experiments, test new products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and renovation in Warrendale, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct bench top experiments and analytical measurements in the lab
• Test new products for flavor, texture, nutritional content, and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with Packaging, Quality, Operations, and other teams to implement projects and meet business objectives

Required qualifications

• B.S. degree in Food, Dairy, Meat Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
• Hands-on lab experience from internship or co-op in the food or consumer products industry
• Strong understanding of Design of Experiments
• Ability to manage multiple assignments/tasks concurrently
• Self-starter with a passion to learn
