Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff R&D Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct complex projects involving multiple teams and ensure seamless integration with activities beyond the project scope
• Empower teams to achieve project goals, streamline communications, and manage stakeholder expectations with regular updates and progress reports
• Proactively identify risks and potential conflicts, strategizing to resolve issues and maintain project momentum

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of managing multiple technical projects and leading distributed teams
• Experience with Information Security concepts, practices, and tools is highly desirable
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment
