Job Summary
A company is looking for an R&D Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement performant, multithreaded desktop software for RFIC design workflows
- Collaborate with architects, ML researchers, and domain experts to shape technical direction
- Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including desktop application development
- Proficiency in Python and C++ or Rust
- Experience building multithreaded, performance-sensitive applications
- Familiarity with at least one UI framework and experience developing for Windows or Linux platforms
