R&D Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Sourcing Manager to oversee sourcing and contracting for clinical trials and related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and contract development organizations for global Phase I-IV clinical trials
• Support the vendor selection lifecycle, including RFI/RFP processes and contract negotiations
• Manage and resolve moderately complex contract issues with internal stakeholders and the Legal department

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of contracting frameworks and legal terms
• Experience in sourcing and contracting negotiations
• Familiarity with clinical ancillary services and systems
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Experience supporting Medical Affairs organizations is a plus
