R&D Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Sourcing Manager to support global clinical trials and vendor outsourcing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and contracting development organizations for clinical trials and ad hoc projects
• Managing the vendor selection lifecycle, including RFI/RFP processes and contract negotiations
• Assisting in resolving contract issues and cataloging terms in the contract database

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of contracting frameworks and legal terms
• Experience in supporting Medical Affairs organizations
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing and contracting negotiations simultaneously
• Familiarity with technology, systems, and software related to clinical services
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
