R&D Strategy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a R&D Strategy and Performance Excellence Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement R&D functional transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive the development and management of R&D performance strategies to ensure strategic priorities are met
• Build capabilities for performance optimization and foster collaboration across functions

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree & 4 years, Master's degree & 8 years, or Bachelor's degree & 10 years of Biotech/Pharma-related management experience
• 4 years of managerial experience directly managing teams or leading strategic programs
• Expertise in strategy design and execution, as well as program and project management
• Experience with various R&D functions
• Fluency in English, both written and oral
