R&D Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Driving system-level engineering decisions, the full-time R&D Systems Engineer will enhance image quality, product reliability, and user experience across industrial inspection solutions while collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage system requirements, ensuring full traceability and refining system architecture across various domains
• Lead system integration and troubleshooting, integrating hardware and software components while managing technical risks
• Drive verification and validation processes, executing image quality validation and conducting reliability testing for industrial environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in product development or system integration
• Experience with complex electromechanical systems
• Strong understanding of requirements definition, system integration, and V&V methodologies
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams
