R&D Technology Services Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time R&D Technology Services Analyst will gather and analyze data, define system and process improvement requirements, and support strategic initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify system gaps and operational opportunities, translating business needs into clear project requirements
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle, developing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes
• Analyze system performance data to identify enhancement opportunities and collaborate with Product Management to drive adoption and business value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in property management operations and/or property management software platforms
• Familiarity with platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata
• Experience supporting projects in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
