Re-Entry Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Re-Entry Advisor I to support former students in resuming their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the re-entry process for former students, including document management and financial clearance
• Evaluate students' academic progress and resolve prior balances while securing funding options
• Develop personalized re-entry plans and communicate proactively with students throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in enrollment, academic advising, or student support preferred
• Experience in customer service and decision-making in a technology-driven environment preferred
• Familiarity with FERPA and relevant regulatory standards preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
