Re-Entry Support Representative

Job Summary

Supporting former students in their transition back to educational programs, the full-time Re-Entry Support Representative will evaluate student inquiries, assess eligibility for re-entry, and guide students through the appeals process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and address student inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with policies
• Identify eligible students for re-entry and coordinate necessary paperwork and meetings
• Guide students through the appeals process and connect them with financial resources for a seamless transition

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate professionally in verbal and written English
• Basic computer skills to navigate required technology effectively
• Experience in customer service or a student-facing role is preferred
