Re-Entry Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Re-Entry Representative to support former students in their transition back into educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and address student inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to policies
• Identify eligible students for re-entry and coordinate necessary paperwork and meetings
• Guide students through the appeals process and connect them with financial and enrollment resources

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to professionally communicate in verbal and written English
• Basic computer skills to navigate required technology
• Entry-level position with little to no prior experience required
• Skills in relationship building, customer service, and time management
