Job Summary

To support a technology-enabled future, the full-time React Native Engineer will design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications that enhance field team connectivity and data capture in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement mobile applications using React Native, focusing on user interfaces for field data capture
• Develop offline-capable workflows and robust data synchronization mechanisms for unreliable connectivity environments
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and native device capabilities, ensuring seamless user experiences

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in mobile application development with strong proficiency in React Native and TypeScript
• Experience building and deploying cross-platform applications for iOS and Android
• Familiarity with offline-first mobile application design and data synchronization techniques
• Experience integrating native device capabilities such as GPS and camera
• Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging
