React Native Technical Lead

A company is looking for a React Native Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of iOS and Android applications using React Native
• Mentor junior and mid-level mobile engineers and own mobile engineering standards and practices
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality features and engage in agile software development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, including 3+ years in a lead or senior role
• Expertise in React Native applications for iOS and Android in a production environment
• Experience with native module development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java)
• Proficient in state management with Redux or equivalent libraries
• Familiarity with agile/scrum environments and client collaboration
