Reactor Fabrication Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reactor Enclosure System (RES) Fabrication Manager who will lead a geographically diverse team in reactor fabrication oversight and assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team focused on design for fabrication and reactor equipment assembly
• Manage the complete fabrication lifecycle, ensuring safety and reliability from design through construction
• Interface with regulators and stakeholders regarding design, fabrication, and compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical or related discipline from an accredited university
• 8+ years of experience in large component fabrication/construction methods or M.S. with similar experience
• Experience with quality standards such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001
• Knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Sections VIII and III
• Experience with heavy mechanical/pressure vessel fabrication and overseeing suppliers
