Read Services Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure accurate reader compensation and operational reconciliation, the full-time Read Services Specialist will generate and process invoices for imaging services while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, validate, and process reader invoices for various imaging-related services
• Reconcile reader activity data across multiple systems to ensure invoice accuracy
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoicing and payment processing

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or related operational support roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data reconciliation and reporting
• Experience working in a regulated environment such as clinical research or healthcare
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify discrepancies
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
