Reading Tutor Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tutor Coach (Contractor) to support Reading Tutors in virtual small-group instruction for K-6 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Reading Tutors in utilizing assessments and preparing for virtual tutoring interventions
• Observe Reading Tutors and provide structured feedback on instructional practices
• Facilitate professional development and training sessions for Tutors and school leaders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of PK-12 school-based experience
• 3+ years of experience coaching teachers in individual and group settings
• Experience delivering intervention programs and professional development
• Knowledge of the Science of Reading and early literacy instruction
• Proficiency with technology, including Google Meet and Google Docs
