Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive (Real Estate) in Washington D.C.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential property owners for onboarding
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking to engage property owners
- Close deals by guiding property owners through the decision-making process and finalizing agreements
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with property owners
- High level of self-discipline and motivation to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with real estate markets and property management dynamics
- Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication platforms for outreach and reporting
