Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive (Real Estate) in Washington D.C.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential property owners for onboarding
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking to engage property owners
  • Close deals by guiding property owners through the decision-making process and finalizing agreements


Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with property owners
  • High level of self-discipline and motivation to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with real estate markets and property management dynamics
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication platforms for outreach and reporting
