Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-value book of business of approximately 150 owners, focusing on relationship building and retention
• Provide performance analysis and market insights to help owners maximize their success and growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the owner experience and identify opportunities for upselling additional services

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience
• Expertise in the travel, hospitality, or real estate industry
• Real estate and mortgage licenses preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to travel within designated regions
