Real Estate Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Accountant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close, including accrual entries and financial report publication
• Prepare annual community budgets and provide recommendations to community managers and boards
• Serve as a financial liaison for community managers and boards, addressing inquiries from external auditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with cash management and budgeting processes
• Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Ability to work collaboratively with community managers and boards
