Real Estate Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Accounting Services-Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery and quality assurance of monthly financial statement closing and reporting processes
• Review and analyze general ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial statements for assigned properties
• Act as the primary client liaison, addressing issues and providing recommendations for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA or MSA/MBA preferred
• 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and tax accounting
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with MRI or Yardi software
• Critical thinking ability with a proven track record in problem-solving
