Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person appointments with property sellers and negotiate acquisition terms
• Field calls from potential buyers and sellers, and nurture warm leads
• Network with local investors and generate organic property leads

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Previous sales experience in real estate or wholesaling
• Recently acquired real estate license or degree in real estate
• Sales experience in a B2C environment
• Resilient and competitive mindset
• Coachable with a personal drive to succeed
