Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst focused on affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the analysis of investment opportunities, including market analysis and financial modeling
Review and reconcile financial reports, such as income statements and cash flow statements
Gather and review due diligence materials for prospective investments

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions
Experience in affordable housing is required
Advanced Excel modeling skills are required
A bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, or Accounting is preferred; an MBA is a plus
