Job Summary

Building and nurturing relationships in the off-market real estate sector, the remote Real Estate Acquisitions Associate will source deals, manage a network of property owners and investors, and facilitate genuine connections to drive transactions, with flexible full-time, part-time, or contract commitments available.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with property owners, investors, wholesalers, and agents
• Source off-market deals by identifying motivated sellers and maintaining community presence
• Conduct consistent phone outreach and follow-ups to keep relationships warm and advance deals

Required qualifications

• Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, dispositions, or relationship-driven sales
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on trust and rapport
• Comfortable with phone communication over email for outreach and follow-ups
• Understanding of off-market deal flow and motivated seller dynamics
• Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage a pipeline independently
