Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Acquisitions to drive direct origination and execution across its real estate investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new acquisition opportunities through broker relationships and direct outreach
• Evaluate opportunities quickly and underwrite deals with speed and accuracy
• Drive deals from first touch through LOI, diligence, and closing

Required Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related discipline
• Proven ability to originate deals through broker relationships and proprietary sourcing
• Strong underwriting capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with key real estate tools and platforms for pipeline tracking
