Key Responsibilities

• Research and source qualified multifamily owners, operators, and assets as strategic targets
• Create a business development plan and network with multifamily firms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily or commercial real estate
• Experience in business development and partnership negotiations
