Job Summary
To support real estate operations, the part-time hourly Real Estate Admin Assistant will manage document scanning, data entry into databases, and assist with administrative tasks while working flexibly from home in Jackson, MI.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain records and databases through data entry and manual filing
- Scan documents and upload them into the LPM system, entering right of way information into the ROW database
- Prepare correspondence, notification letters, and coordinate with stakeholder groups
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the Right of Way/Real Estate industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong administrative experience with the ability to support multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience with permitting or zoning is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities effectively
