Key Responsibilities

• Manage lease expirations, renewals, and extensions
• Conduct real estate negotiations and transactions in collaboration with internal teams
• Strategize and recommend real estate alternatives to meet facility capacity needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in real estate, finance, or business
• Six years of professional experience in commercial or industrial real estate
• Experience with contract negotiations and related real estate transactions
• Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and contracts
• Strong real estate financial calculation skills
