A company is looking for a Real Estate Representative to perform due diligence and negotiate land rights for construction and maintenance of facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate with landowners and governmental agencies for land rights acquisition
• Perform internal and external due diligence to ensure land rights accuracy
• Serve as liaison with landowners on ownership, easement rights, and access issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Right of Way/Real Estate industry, with at least 1 year in land rights acquisition
• Knowledge of settlement instruments and contract terms
• Able to interpret survey drawings and title abstracts
• Proficient in land title research
