Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Success Associate to join their sales organization in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with high-performing real estate agents to build professional relationships
• Guide agents through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up to receive and convert leads
• Serve as the primary contact for newly onboarded agents during their initial ramp period

Required Qualifications

• Recent college graduate interested in sales, customer success, or partnerships
• Strong interest in learning about the real estate industry and developing sales skills
• Comfort with outbound communication and building rapport with professionals
• Organized and reliable with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Familiarity with modern tools and systems, such as CRM platforms and mobile apps
