Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Success Associate to join their sales organization in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage high-performing real estate agents through various communication channels to build consultative relationships
• Guide agents through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand HomeLight tools and are set up to convert leads
• Act as the primary contact for newly onboarded agents, maintaining daily outreach and collaborating with Senior Relationship Managers for smooth transitions

Required Qualifications

• Recent college graduate with an interest in sales, customer success, or partnerships in tech or real estate
• Strong desire to learn about the real estate industry and develop consultative sales skills
• Comfort with outbound communication and ability to build rapport with professionals
• Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Familiarity with modern tools and systems, such as CRM platforms and mobile apps
