Real Estate Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst - Affordable Housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and structuring of multifamily mortgages and assist the national GSE production team
• Collaborate with mortgage banking and credit teams to ensure streamlined transaction processing
• Review multifamily market information and participate in process improvements and technological initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a Commercial Real Estate or similar role
• Experience in underwriting agency (GSE) multifamily loans is a plus
• Knowledge of affordable housing is a plus
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
