Real Estate Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst - Affordable Housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a Deal Manager with financial analysis and structuring of multifamily mortgages
• Collaborate with mortgage banking network and credit teams to streamline transaction processing
• Review multifamily market information and assist in developing the production platform

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in Commercial Real Estate or a similar role
• Experience in underwriting agency (GSE) multifamily loans is a plus
• Knowledge of affordable housing is a plus
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
