Job Summary
A company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst - Affordable Housing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a Deal Manager with financial analysis and structuring of multifamily mortgages
- Collaborate with mortgage banking and credit teams to streamline transaction processing
- Review multifamily market information and assist in developing the production platform
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a Commercial Real Estate or similar role
- Experience in underwriting agency (GSE) multifamily loans is a plus
- Knowledge of affordable housing is a plus
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
