Real Estate Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst to support commercial real estate valuation through research and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a licensed senior appraiser to access and utilize proprietary and public databases
• Manage a personal caseload, conducting research, market surveys, and confirming property transaction details
• Produce appraisal reports and other valuation services for various commercial real estate properties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related discipline
• 1 - 3 years of commercial real estate experience preferred
• Strong quantitative skills and experience in real estate valuation models
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; Argus Enterprise experience is a plus
• Reliable high-speed internet for occasional remote work
