Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial real estate or a relevant degree in real estate development or land economics
• Comfortable and authoritative on-camera presence
• Tech-savvy with experience in recording high-quality video and audio
• Strong understanding of real estate financial metrics and deal structuring
• Ability to articulate investment opinions and insights clearly and quickly
